Information for Day of the Event - May 20

OK - here's the rundown for anyone who's registered, or wants to register, or just wants to visit. The event officially goes from 11am to 6pm on Saturday, May 20, but, of course, to run smoothly, a lot of things have to happen before 11am.

Car Registration:

We will begin parking cars immediately after the sponsoring clubs are parked, hopefully by 9am. Visit the Car Registration table on Lewis street to check in if you are preregistered, or to register the day of the event. Best route is Lawrence Street to East Milton, then follow the cones. Please get here as early as possible, as it takes a long time to park the hundreds of cars that will show up.

Bike Registration:

Bike registration will be on the Train Station Plaza, beginning by 9:30. Visit the tent and let them know if you preregistered, or if you are registering day-of. They will assign your number and class and show you where to park.

Vendor Check-In:

Vendors should arrive by 7am. Check in at Fulton Street. ONLY VENDORS WHO ARE CONFIRMED WILL BE TAKEN, there will be no day-of vendor registration.

Parking:

If you are not registering your car, limited car parking is available in the municipal lot behind City Hall. Street parking outside of the event road closures is also available first-come, first-served.

Motorcycles may also park in the street, and will be welcome to park at Hannum's Harley-Davidson as well.

As the event takes place directly in front of the Rahway Train Station, you may consider taking the train into Rahway from another stop, either on the Northeast Corridor or the North Jersey Coast Line.
