The Tastes of Hot Rods and Harleys
Well, now that you know what you'll hear, and what you'll see, at Hot Rods and Harleys, on May 13th, 2017 in Rahway, NJ, let's talk about the tastes.
Oh yes, the tastes. You might not know how many incredible restaurants Rahway has to offer all year, such as Nancy's Townehouse (a proud sponsor of our event), Luciano's, The World Famous Waiting Room, Meatballs and Brews, Cubanu, Patria, Nygel's, Taste of Marina's, Haruka Sushi and The Irving Inn (and the Irving Inn Social). There's Rahway Fried Chicken, Jersey Fried Chicken, Michelinos, the Rahway Grille, Las Piñatas, La Malinche Mexican Restaurant, and plenty of take-out or quick service - mind you, these are ALL within walking distance of Rahway's Arts District.
Rahway boasts a broad selection, from traditional bar food, to upscale Italian, to Mexican, to Sushi, with plenty of walk-in-walk-out options to take home your treat instead.
But for Hot Rods and Harleys, the streets will also be lined with food vendors of every sort - BBQ, food truck specialties, kettle corn, Italian Ices, Cotton Candy, Hot Dogs - you name it, we'll have it. So many choices, you'll want to try them all! In an upcoming post - the Aromas of Hot Rods and Harleys, we'll let you know some of the food vendors who are confirmed so you can get your palates ready!
And of course, don't forget to visit the Beer Garden, if the more adult beverages are your preference!
